In 2007, Chef Matthew Mathlage opened Light Bistro in Ohio City with the idea of creating a new dining experience for Clevelanders. Chef Matt calls his style of cooking,“progressive American,” and his passion for food is reflected by Light Bistro’s diverse menu. The reviews have been impressive with several “Best restaurant”and “Best Chef” awards from local and regional magazines.
